Are You Afraid of Your Sexy?

So many women say they want love and sex but secretly are afraid.

After speaking to many women (for years!) who have “manifested” a lot of excess body fat or work schedules that they say take all their time and energy. They try to loose the weight or at least feel bad about it. They complain that their schedules are too busy. But secretly/subconsciously they use the body fat and busy schedules to protect themselves.

If you had ample time in your schedule to meet men, felt sexy and comfortable in your own skin, and you began to attract the men of your dreams (great guys not scrubs) would you feel any of these Top 5 Reasons Women are Afraid of their own SEXY?

5. Shame for something in your past… (if you attracted a potential Lover or Husband you would have to expose the shame.  AND…

4. Most women avoid exposing their shame out of fear of rejection.

3. Fear of what your friends and family (peer group) will think of you dating/being romantically involved.

2. Uncomfortable with sexual advances from men (Even feeling shame about it).

1. Fear that you might loose control and be a Freak Mama (promiscuous).

Ladies, lets try using something else to keep us FEELING safe instead of using fat and being too busy. I help women define what that is “specifically” for them. Let me know if you have any questions at ManMoneyAndMe@gmail.com or reply below.

Here are a few tips on how to REPLACE your UNCONSCIOUS “CHOICE/NEED” TO BE FAT or TOO BUSY…

1. Hire an understanding Coach who has experience in this area who can guide you to freedom!

2. Journal about what the opposite or healthier version of each of the top 5 (above) are for you. Next repeat the opposites/healthier versions several times a day with gratitude as an affirmation. Example: Fear of rejection becomes… “I am grateful that I am completely accepted and loved“, and Uncomfortable with sexual advances from men becomes… “I am grateful that I am at ease with people appreciating my beauty – inside and out.” AND “I am so grateful that God and wisdom keep me safe.” AND “I am grateful that I have the birthright to say Yes or say No.” AND “I am grateful that no one defines me but me!

3. I have tons more techniques, tools, and affirmation so let me know if I can help you personally OR if you would like me to make a quick video explaining more.

Time Does NOT Heal All Wounds Babygirl

Hey everyone,
This week I coached a client that told me that she did not need coaching for her severely battered and broken heart. After being in love with a man for over five years and being repeatedly done right then done wrong. I know many of you ladies can relate. I find this issue has no age bracket or country boundary. Ladies that I coach in different parts of the world at every age imaginable have the same flippin’ issue. The young lady I spoke with this week said that she had only been heart crushed for 6 months and that she is sure TIME WOULD HEAL HER WOUNDS. That is actually a myth! You may get distracted, you may actually release the pain and heal, and time plus distance can help, but time alone does not heal. I asked her if her pain was any less sharp today then the day she last caught him cheating. She said its the same but only when she thinks of him. I asked her how often in a typical day does she think of him… her reply… almost every moment. 6 months of this and she does not think she need help! Pobre’ cita!
I meet women in their 70’s and 80’s who are still mourning the one who left them, the one they lost, the one who did them wrong, etc. And I hear the pain in their voices. I have 2 clients in their late 60’s who divorced over 10 years ago and still they recount how they died inside when the marriages ended and they never came back to life until I coached them back. (wish I met them 10 years ago) The point is all these ladies had tons of time, yet almost no healing. Healing is a deliberate choice. We need the pity party. We need to cry. Be sad if you need to and honor what you have been through. But many women HOLD ONTO THE LOVE PAIN because it keeps them connected to their past LOVER. Find a BEAUTIFUL and HEALTHY WAY to stay CONNECTED to him so that you no longer USE LOVE PAIN to keep you CONNECTED. (similar to USING UNFORGIVENESS for connection) The most healthiest way to stay connected appropriately and remain free is to THINK OF THE LESSONS YOU LEARNED. Let the lessons be your memory. Let the lessons learned remind you that the relationship was a success because you learned. Perhaps it was the equivalent of earning a PhD. in “WHAT DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU”. Trust me… that’s a valuable degree to have… you’ll need it handy when the next guy comes a-calling.
So take out your iproduct or a simple journal will do and write those lessons that you learned babygirl! As you write, acknowledge yourself for learning them, forgive yourself, take responsibility, and I’ll have more for you soon! Remember – TIME DOES NOT NECESSARILY HEAL – CHOICES DO.
All my love, Coach Trashonda
